Voilà Azure, whose head office is located at None, is responsible for the processing of personal data collected on this site, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

2. Data collected

We only collect the data necessary and relevant to provide our services:

  • Identity: last name, first name, postal address, e-mail address, telephone number;
  • Reservations: dates of stay, accommodation selected, number of travelers;
  • Payment: billing information (processed by Stripe; no banking data is stored by Voilà Azure),
  • Payment methods: a bank imprint (Stripe card identifier) ​​may be temporarily stored to enable deferred payment, security deposit or refund. This information is processed exclusively by Stripe, PCI-DSS certified. Voilà Azure does not store any banking data.
  • Use of the site: cookies, IP addresses, navigation data (see “Cookies” section),
  • Internal messaging, notices and contact forms.

3. Purposes of processing

The data is processed for the following purposes:

  • Processing and management of reservations, contracts and payments,
  • Sending confirmation messages and practical information,
  • Customer service, assistance before and after your stay,
  • Improvement of user experience and internal statistics,
  • Management of the customer account and stay history,
  • Sending promotional offers or news (with consent).

4. Legal basis

Depending on the case, the treatment is based on:

  • the execution of the reservation contract,
  • compliance with a legal obligation (accounting, taxation, etc.),
  • the explicit consent of the user (forms, newsletter, etc.),
  • the legitimate interest of Voilà Azure (security, service improvement, etc.).

5. Data sharing

Your data is exclusively intended for Voilà Azure and are never sold. They can be transmitted to:

  • our technical partners (Stripe, host, IT service providers) strictly within the framework of the provision of the service,
  • the competent authorities in the event of a legal obligation.

6. Data security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data against loss, unauthorized access, disclosure or alteration.

The data is hosted on servers located in France or in the European Union. No transfer to third countries is made without adequate guarantees.

7. Shelf life

  • Data linked to a reservation: 5 years after the last interaction,
  • Billing data: 10 years (in accordance with tax legislation),
  • Marketing data: 3 years from the last contact or unsubscription.
  • Data linked to means of payment (Stripe identifiers): 30 days maximum after the end of the stay, except in the event of a dispute or reimbursement in progress.

8. Your rights

In accordance with the GDPR, you have the following rights:

  • Right of access to your data,
  • Right of rectification or deletion,
  • Right to limitation or opposition to processing,
  • Right to withdraw consent (e.g. newsletter),
  • Right to data portability (on request).

You can also request the early deletion of card identifiers stored via Stripe, as long as there are no pending transactions (deferred payment, deposit, reimbursement) justifying it.
